<p>This command removes "extraneous" packages.</p>
<p>The first parameter is optional, and it specifies packages to be removed.</p>
<p>No packages are specified, then all packages will be checked.</p>
<p>Extraneous packages are packages that are not listed on the parent
package's dependencies list.</p>
